The Raw mango is harvested and kept in grass for natural ripening for 8 to 10 days.
If you buy raw mango its cheaper and heavier in weight. You can sell raw mango or ripe at your end and sell semi ripe / ready to eat mango.
There is 10 % wastage expected when raw mango is ripen thru natural process for 10 days. Due to this the Mango rates are higher compared to that of Carbide ripen mango (which has wastage at customer end)
